My Seneca blue Emira landed in Baltimore about a month ago and is expected to arrive at the dealer soon. I am looking to fit it with a set of wheels and dedicate the stock setup for the track. Below are several different wheels that I think would look great on the Emira. I need some help narrowing them down so would like to hear your suggestions. The wheels are stock photos from either Signature Wheels or BC Forged Wheels site. Open to opinions on colors as well. I know that black wheels would look great, but I am generally prefer lighter colors.

Here are two more. The last wheel is still in production so there are no actual photos of it other than the CAD design.

Of those choices I would try to get the first wheel in a gold color. If the car is blue, red, or green it will look good with gold wheels.

You might get 20 different opinions, favouring 20 different rims. This is such a personal choice. You've expressed a liking for lighter rims. I'd stick with that, regardless of what anyone else might say. Gold is pretty flashy, especially if a bright gold. If you want "bling" go for the gold. Black shows brake dust more. I like a gun metal rim, which is in between bright sliver and a darker grey. Again, your choice. If the seller has the capability, get them to send you a pic(s) with an Emira, sporting the rims you're interested in. Best to see them on the car. And remember, the Emira is a beautiful car, so most any rims will compliment it and you need to decide if you want to draw attention to the rims (and away from the car itself), by choosing"flashy" rims.

If you're going for a track set, looks isn't the primary concern; you want the lightest weight wheels you can afford. What's your budget?

These new rims would not be for the track. The OEM wheels would become dedicated track wheels.

This one on the Emeya R today… love these wheels! I think you have one similar.. if I could order these for the Emira will do it without hesitation!

Thanks for sharing! Yes, those are nice. They look similar to the last ones on my list.
On your Seneca do you have the black pack and what color are the calipers?

Another option is to do a pin strip. If you have silver calipers or maybe even black a blue pin strip may look good and different.

Seneca with black pack and yellow calipers. I was thinking a light colored wheel such as brushed aluminum or brushed titanium. I have placed a few more wheels in my consideration pile and removed some of the above.

I didn't even consider that. That could look good done right.
I am trying to find it but someone on here posted a Seneca car with blue wheels to match. Maybe somebody knows where it is. I thought it looked awesome. Very very unique.

How about those wheels from Gregs Race Part? Y-16 look nice..
Otherwise. bc-forged-na-eh-173-1.jpg look nice too.

Interesting choice. I don't disagree necessarily but the weight reduction over stock wheels if you can find it is still good for street performance.

Though I also don't agree that the lightest wheel is always best wheel. After seeing some engineering info on wheels like Titan 7s barrel flex is a very real thing that you'd want to avoid in a track wheel. On the street it won't matter as much.

That said. I really wish carbon fiber wheel prices were more rapidly coming down. I know folks talk about how much bigger pain it is for possible damage, or if the wheel were to get cooked by the brakes, or possibly even what kind of damage might come from brake dust.

BUT Carbon fiber barrels at least (but likely better when combined with face) reduce road noise in the car. A normal wheel effectively rings like a bell. Because of this tendency to resonate and amplify noises whether aluminum or other metals, carbon fiber just very nicely dampens. The strength to weight ratio is nice as well though.

I really like this wheel but I have a very similar wheel on my 911 so I was hoping to get something a bit different for the Lotus.

I had Niche wheels on the Evora and would purchase them again for Emira when I get it next year.
