I called into a Mornington (Victoria Australia) coffee shop this week as guess what was parked opposite. How common.
😊

I am going to use a few assumptions with this so the science may not be spot on.
There are 26 million people in Australia
So lets say 150 Emiras have been delivered.
So based on that,
26,000,000 / 150 will mean that 1 in 173,333 people in Australia will now own an Emira.
Let's say 15% are Hethel Yellow, so that's 1 person in 1,155,555 have that configuration.
And presume 20% have no black pack that equates to 1 in 5,777,777 drive such a car.
As both of these cars have the diamond cut wheel and polls suggest 40% of Emira have that option, 1 in 14,444,444 people have that spec. Both these cars also have Privacy Pack but I have to stop somewhere
As there is approx 6.8 Million people in Victoria there should be 0.5 of these cars on the road in Victoria (if my math is right).
That said mine is an Auto transmission so as 15% may be Auto - that most likely makes my car unique in Australia especially with red calipers
🤣

What a great car(s).

I can conclude from all that that at least one in 26 million people in Australia have too much time on their hands... 😂

Cool!
I think it's about the right time for you to try with the Lottery! 😜

Although now that I think of it, maybe I should try myself.

My math is very simple.
There is only one Nimbus with yellow calipers, black pack sold in Spain, mine.
We are around 47.000.000 people up here.
Equal to my Emira unique spec out of 47 million people. Guess this statistic is going to be difficult to beat, not even in China they beat it, mine is V6 Auto!!!

Here is my spec . Sitting in Orlando
HL , black pack , red calipers , alcantara steering wheel , alcantara interior yellow stitching .

Paid my final deposit today and will receive the first Australian allocation for 2022.
Hethel Yellow
Red Brake calipers
V6 Auto
Red Leather interior
Sports suspension with GY F1 tyre
I’m placing my order tomorrow, same as above, except adding black pack

Something weird is happening the more I look at the pictures of the yellow Emira, the more I'm drawn to it.
Then I ask myself, do I really want to be that douchebag, attention whore driving around in that obscenely conspicuous yellow sports car?
And then I answer, maybe I am, maybe I am that douchebag attention whore because I did own an Ariel Atom for 7 years, and there's really nothing out there that gets more attention than an Ariel Atom on a public road.
The more I look at it, the more I think that yellow with a black roof and black wheels looks absolutely amazing.
Who cares what other people think anyways.
More decisions.
I’m going to order same but with red interior haha. I don’t care what people say. It’s mine haha. Enjoy your car!

Good for you 👏👏👏

It’s not like the emira is not going to turn heads anyways.
There is a forum member in UK that has the McLotus spec. Posted some pictures a while back. Something to keep in mind is the caliper color red or yellow doesn’t match the interior or exterior red and yellow. Kinda sucks.

The exact reason I did Hethel Yellow + full black pack, black interior, yellow contrast stitching, and black calipers

It’s my car and it looks terrible. Jokes! It’s the best looking Emira out of all of them in my opinion and I’m not even a McDonald’s loving food guzzler !

Right on.

I had red calipers on my Chrome Orange Evora and it worked.

When I did my Emira build there was just to much risk going bold on the interior choice - for me.
