Haven't got mine yet, but that definitely doesn't look even remotely acceptable. Unless the angle you filmed it created optical distortion due to angle of the camera, the left side gap is visibly wider that the right side. I understand the hood is not a functional frunk, but it's hinged neverthelss, so you should take it to your dealer to see if there are any potential adjustments they can make to the hinging mechanism to even out the gaps on both sides.
Other owners may just shrug it off and live with such imperfections like this, but that kind of thing just drives me nuts. Reminds me of how some cars turn out after a half-assed bodywork repair job. I'll definitely be on the lookout to check my Emira when it arrives to find out if this is a pervasive or exceptional issue. If you do take it to your dealer, please report back with their solution, if any. Best of luck.

It’s not an angle . On one side I can basically put my pinky finger and other side is tight. Things like that drives me nuts that’s why I’m asking if I’m the only one with this type of issue . I’ll report this to dealership and we will see what they are going to say . I’m still waiting for my new seat .

I definitely assumed camera distortion. Gap measurements for the win?

Mine wasn’t even side to side either. I loosened the 3 screws holding the hood down, centered it, then tightened the screws back again with the hood in the desired position. Both sides are even now.
Cool. Wish all Emira fixes were this easy and fast.

The gaps in mine are even...yes I can fit my pinky finger but is meant to be like that per design.

Great advice above from silent cilantro for a DIY solution (yet again! silent cilantro gets my vote for President...lol). My hood gaps were noticeably wider than I've seen on other cars, but the same gap on each side. However the left edge of each door doesn't line up perfectly; close but not an even line from the door to the rear quarter panel. I'm thinking it's "part of the Lotus charm" and not worth worrying about, especially after an almost 2 year wait. My spouse (not a car person) told me I was an idiot for even noticing it. My detailer (a definite car person) didn't think it that unusual and said to let it go. My 2 cents.
