We’ve been super happy with the amount of storage behind the seats. We are definitely over the recommended weight limit when we utilize it though…

You can place 2 standard size Air Plane Carry-On Bags vertically and leaves you with space for other hand bags, etc.

I found that my standard US based carry on bags required me to have both seats moved up a bit. With a pair of European spec carry on bags (they are a little narrower at 13.5 x 7.5 x 21 inches) they fit like a glove!
