I was just back from Seoul Korea, and I saw this while traveling by subway towards Yurakucho for an errand.

• Daikoku Parking Area is closed on Friday nights and Saturday nights - car scene is weekend morning to early afternoon
• Jingu-mae car scene is weekend early mornings
• Hakone Turnpike drives should be early morning (dawn) especially on weekends
• Lotus Tokyo showroom is closed on Wednesdays
