Latest Lotus all electric Emira just released

I'm tempted for my grandson, who'll go nuts over it in about a year, when he's old enough to take it for a ride. A neighbour on my block has a "red Ferrari" and their grandkids are outside in it, every time they visit in the summer months.

For anyone else interested, a website search tells me it's been available since November and comes in blue, white or yellow. Some UK sellers now have it on for half price (99 British pounds) but none of them ship outside of the UK or EU.

I'll contact my dealer to see if it can bring one in and at what price. This UK eBay seller won't ship to Canada, which is the same as all the others (understandable with its size/weight). I see it's a "right hand steering model" given the placement of the gas pedal.

I'lll be happy if it's as reliable as my actual Emira, which hasn't had any problems.

I have to admit, that is pretty slick. First upgrade should definitely be to dump that lead-acid boat anchor and put in a nice lithium battery.

I have one. It’s neat, my daughter is still a bit little to use it and she’s currently scared of it. But it’s not bad. Bought it on Amazon. The wire for one wheel broke at the soldering joint so I need to redo it. But my little one doesn’t even want to sit on it at the moment so I’m in no hurry to fix it.

Thanks Raab and congrats on your new wheels. I tried the "Amazon" link you provided, thinking it would connect me to Amazon.com, since you're in the States, however the link wouldn't connect anywhere for me; I get a "site can't be reached" bounce-back. I then searched Amazon.com and couldn't find a listing for the car. Exactly where did you purchase it from? Is it available somewhere in the States, which I wasn't able to find when making my initial searches?

Sadly I don’t think it’s available on Amazon any more. I went back to my orders and when I click the link it takes me to a general cheerful toys “cheerful toys” brand power wheel type cars listing for other models but not the lotus. Good luck in your search. I’ll post again if I find it later on.

If you really want it I can purchase it for you and send it
Just enquire about the shipping cost
Probably around £60.00 from the uk

Very generous of you. I'll first see what my dealer does for the price and length of time to get. Having a "dealer warranty" would be nice. But yes I'm interested, recognizing the danger of creating a sport car fanatic, at a very young age (lol).
