Breakfast club is a Friday meetup is it not? I mean I'm down for just going to Newcomb on Sunday too if that's the plan.

ACH has way less traffic on an early Saturday/Sunday morning. Also, CHP expects (i.e., tolerates) a certain level of enthusiasm from sports cars and motorbikes. So as long as you aren't blatantly driving like an idiot, it's the more car culture friendly road.

The malibu CHP team is on the other side of that spectrum. Basically, they oblige to their celebrity homeowner's request to keep the roads quiet and tame and their enforcement reflects that. This is my personal take over the last 20+ years of driving all roads in so cal. My vote is in, using the poll feature.

I saw that invite, but can't make it. I also thought we were looking at Newcombs for the friday am meetup with that group, which I could do... but I'll say if we do ACH on a Sunday, better to do it early. It gets very crowded up there after 9am. Or down for Malibu again too.

I can’t do Sunday again guys. If we settle on Sunday I’ll try to meet up with you guys at the next one. Friday or Saturday are best for me.

Im tempted to go because I pick up my car from ppf on Friday so it will look as good as it ever will but on short notice Im not sure if I can peel off from my usual saturday stuff with the family.

When we went we only saw one officer on PCH and that was after we drove the canyons. a lot of performance drivers out that day too. Ran into a black track spec elise at the latigo base.
