Lotus Contact?

I am looking to send a letter / email to someone at Lotus that will respond to my questions. I have tried to contact them though their website to no avail.
Does have one have a contact and their contact information?

I have given up on trying to get hold of them directly. I have better luck to have my rep at the dealership go through to them instead.
