Hi collective Emira owner hive mind,
Has anyone on here taken either the Lotus GAP or Paint insurance products at the time of their purchase?
If so have you been provided any insurance certificate or policy schedule to support proof of insurance being in place??
I have had the car 3 months and have still not received anything, spoke with Lotus Customer care who said they would look into it but could not give a timeline on when I might hear back!! (Typical)
