Printed the LOTUS letters on 8.5 x 11 paper, cut out with an X-Acto knife. Then, traced on to craft plastic with a sharpie and again cut-out with the knife.
Here’s the stencil and the final retails. Works great! Now I can stencil the carpet sills after each detail session.
