The red actually looks a lot more appealing now (noooo, i can feel my mind changing! ) ... to my eye it actually looks brighter / less maroon-ish than Eagle's renders. Fair representation of the real thing @TomE ?

The silver wheels also look exactly as I would have hoped.

Screw it... I'm almost back to square one on colour choice.

Great website update on the configurator. Presume the video hasnt any sound or is it just my PC?

Does make me question my choice though, I think Nimbus (which I've chosen) looks much better with full black pack (which I didnt order!) - but the DV Green really is back in play, still a tad dark in dull lighting, but in sun/studio its stunning!!

have any of the eagle-eyed spotted the difference in Final Price' s on the final page? im just speaking to Lotus now as to understand why.

E.G £79,474 on the left of the screen ( which include my additional tracker cost of £469) but then the price on the right seems to have calculated this twice,£79943

The finance deal being offered is not great, no way I would pay 5.9% APR. I can get a regular non secured loan for 2%. Not impressed that when using the eligibility calculator it ends by saying someone is going to contact me to discuss the finance. I don't want to be contacted

Dang, the red is stunning, I have gone from firm Blue to Yellow both with black pack and now Red without Black.

Hot damn - new configurator is mesmerizing. I totally see what @TomE and others said about all of the colors looking stunning after their first-hand view. Verdant green is gorgeous. But this only cements my choice once and for all. To paraphrase the "camo before it was cool" phrase - I was Magma Red before Magma Red was cool.

Don't start me off. I'm naturally drawn to Red cars as it is, I currently have a red R8 and Red Exige which isn't great for photos shots. I quickly discounted the Emira red based on it being more burgundy in my eyes. The red on this new configurator looks very different to the samples and other photos we have seen. Not sure how realistic it now is. #confused

Swap the yellow for red callipers and the wheels to Silver and you have the best config (which is mine) !

bit extortionate for what is included - considering there is the 1900 tax to go on top of that too!

id imagine the i4 will be significantly less, going by "suggested" Co2 figures doing the rounds - by logic i'd expect it to be a less pollutant engine - but i caveat, this is my logic only, don't be surprised if it is the same.

That was my thinking too - i could have expected that price if it included pick up from the factory and a tour and say 1/2 day driving experience.

yes bit steep. especially when i can drive to Hethel in 30 mins. Hopefully there is something else getting thrown in, some merchandise, or half track day you mentioned. Perhaps Tom E is privy, but its one of the things he has been told to keep under wraps. A tank of fuel is 80 quid and I would of course expect an inspection and valet on an 80k car to be part of the deal....

That works too, but I wanted a change over my last cars. When I get bored I'll do that, or we can swap, LOL
