New on here - Matlock based

Evening All

Picked up my new-to-me V6 Manual from Stratton Lotus (Norwich) last week. Magma Red, , 2023 car, 5k miles. Looks stunning (but then I'm biassed!). This is my third Lotus, the first an Elise 111R in 2006, which I kept until 2020 when it was replaced by a Heritage Edition 220 Sport Elise. The Emira should have meant a garage clear-out, logically, but for some reason SWMBO didn't want to see the Elise depart. So somehow I've got 2 Lotus in the garage. Yes I know, I'm in shock too. How did I pull that one off? Well, we did sell the MoHo at the start of March, which sort of helped (a lot!).

So still getting used to the Emira so it's early days, but hope to meet a few others on here over the summer and beyond.

Welcome! I used to work in Matlock and from Chesterfield but moved to Manchester. Some nice roads near you. Enjoy the car, lucky having two Lotus in the garage. I got mine today and have a similar thing with not letting go of the 911. Really enjoying the Emira so far and hope you are too.

Nice pair of pictures highlighting Magma's (as with some other Emira colours) dual personality. I have almost identical spec, except for red calipers. I agree it looks stunning, but then ......
