New recall oil cooling lines

Is the 10w60 a recommendation from Lotus?
0w40 is listed in the manual, but I trust them to know what they're up to. Maybe better fit for cold months? Not that I'll be driving anyway..
Honestly no idea about the different oils out there :LOL:

60 is thicker, so 'maybe' better for hotter climates, but I wouldn't think for colder.
I think I would trust Toyota/Lotus to decide what's best for their engine.

Well itā€™s in for aircon again anyway. Might aswell ask them why and have it corrected if no plausible explanation given

My aircon didn't work because it was over filled on the production line. B&C drained it and refilled with the correct amount and it's been fine since. Might be worth mentioning this to your dealer.

Already fixed, water ingress šŸ˜‚
