First time parking up outside of my house yesterday and a very excited 3 year old in a Spiderman costume came running over shouting BUMBLEBEE BUMBLEBEE! Made my day after having 2 people shout twat at me in town It looks phenomenal in person and everyone I have shown has lost their s*** when they've seen it. Everyone has guessed £140k. Driving through Farnham high street someone literally stopped half way crossing the road in front of me and took a good long look then proceeded to keep looking back, these cars stand out be warned (it's a bit much tbh, never had this before)

Here in dubai I get a lot of attention, maybe is only because is pretty new here, only few weeks old first batch , but in every meet or drive with friends , the car receive compliments

And of course the tourists take photos to the car as it were a Ferrari or lambo

my partner just started a new business. she is charging 5 Euros to anyone that wants to take a picture of the car.

in 5 weeks she will pay the whole car!

I wish they came with a little welcome package. A jacket, a collection of badges, some optional historical Lotus badges to use, just some nice swag for dropping $112,000 USD in a car.

Had a trip to Weston park classic show today, only booked as a visitor but organisers asked me to park up in the display area. Car got a lot of attention, positive comments and photos all day. Most people hadn’t seen one before, just don’t call it a Ferrari please.

There are many wealthy people in London, and they drive discreet performance cars or Teslas.
The Emira, especially a yellow one, is the only car that is exotic on a average drive around London.
The comment I'm most likely to hear is 'Didn't anyone tell him there's a cost-of-living crisis going on?'

Right, was in London and paying attention to the cars. I didn't see any exotics other than one Aston Martin. Lots of Range Rovers, Jags, and Bentleys. And Tesla's. One of the uber rides we had was in a Tesla.

Speaking of pony’s….the Emira power plant can handle a tune up to 430 hp, Lotus did it in 2018. Has anyone tuned theirs up yet after running it in? Even to 416.

In terms of reactions, all positive so far - in fact rarely come back to the Emira parked without encountering someone taking pictures of it. I take my son riding on a Saturday morning and we often stop at Goodwood Circuit on the way back (as it is on route) for coffee and cake! Great to see people gather around the car. I’ve noticed many inspect it from all angles and I don’t think it has a bad one. It really is a stunning car, attention probably also increased for the novelty, whilst there are still so few on the road.
