Not sure how I missed this. Very interesting to compare notes there. I have put a few miles on since I wrote this post so I'll have to pay a little attention and see if I can determine whether things have changed a bit by the seat-of-the-pants-ometer. To answer your question, the dyno runs were back-to-back on the same day in order to have similar conditions. But ECU adjustment over time sounds very plausible.
