Refundable Deposits in the US

Which dealers in the US are refunding deposits AFTER the second deposit or once your build was submitted to Lotus?

I know some are, but not sure how common.

I know for a fact a few are NOT under any circumstances. (my dealer included )

I would look at California Dealers. I am not sure with the regulations in that’s state if they can keep a deposit without merchandise receive.

It depends on what you've signed and what state you're in. Most dealers will refund deposits 100%, within reason.. Like for example if the car you ordered continues to be delayed for a year+ past your initial delivery estimate.
