The panel on the side of my driver's seat (the one with the seat controls) keeps detaching. I can push it until it "clicks" in place and it holds for a while, but it comes off again after a bit of driving.

Has anybody else seen this issue?

I've already talked to my dealer and they say they'll look at it the next time I bring them the car, but I'm wondering if other people have had the same experience.

Sounds/Looks like some tabs broke which is why it eventually falls back off. Hopefully they can solve it pretty quickly.

I had this but mine was caused because dealer had to take the panel off to sort the seat electrics. The panel never stayed fitted for long after that so they replaced it with a new one, which sorted it.

This happened to me and was fixed under warranty. The seat is made by Lynk and Co (Chinese auto manufacturer) and has a single 3mm plastic bracket resisting vertical movement. Terrible design. I have zero confidence that it won't break again. Just be careful getting in and out. Good news it the replacement cover is only ~£30 plus fitting.

Yup, Just happened to me also. I was not driving, just sat in car to retrieve an item. I pushed it back in. I thought it was a one-off.
Moving forward, I will be more cautious.

Looks like a job for JB Weld!
