I have mentioned before the tour suspension on the I4 being stiffer than the tour setup on the V6. It may only be by a little, but it is definitely noticeable... To such an extent that I had actually started to wonder whether mine had perhaps been fitted with the wrong suspension... So I checked...

Definitely fitted with I4 Tour suspension.
Went for another drive today and by chance ended up on a section of road with a really bad surface and whilst the car handled it fine, it did feel just a little crashy over a few bits... I am certain the V6 tour setup would have been less crashy over that same stretch of road.
I still don't understand why Lotus felt the need to make the suspension stiffer for the I4, it honestly makes no sense to me. Why, Lotus??
