We were on the factory tour the same day (and am in the video !) it was an honor to be involved and the cake was ok as well.
OMG I will definitely be using the spring drops Tom provided the details about from the Evora. Ride height is like a rally car. Hard for me to even look at Thank you Tom for providing a viable future solution for those of us who do not want a 4x4.Another video with poorly-lit and questionably colour-rendered images of the FE colours
Not sure which part of the video you're referring to, but if its the production line at around 1:06 those cars are supported on the jacking points/chassis so the road wheels are drooping. You wouldn't want to drive any car that didn't do this as the suspension would have to be solid... What point in the video are you referring to?OMG I will definitely be using the spring drops Tom provided the details about from the Evora. Ride height is like a rally car. The two Seneca blue cars. I know this is just personal preference and totally get some people are fine with it . Just not for me.Not sure which part of the video you're referring to, but if its the production line at around 1:06 those cars are supported on the jacking points/chassis so the road wheels are drooping. I noticed that too. Maybe it's the reflection from the shiny floor but clearance looked like 7" up front!OMG I will definitely be using the spring drops Tom provided the details about from the Evora. There's no way those two Seneca cars inside are at the production ride height. Like @NicolasB said, the one outside looks to be the real deal, and that one looks good to me.The two Seneca blue cars. At the factory tour yesterday our guide Nick mentioned that all the pre prod cars were sitting too high, although he didn't know the reason. I grabbed a quick word with one of the ride & handling engineers when he was about to go out in a camouflaged development car. This was sitting much lower and he said it was at the production height. Looked spot on to me.There's no way those two Seneca cars inside are at the production ride height. Like @NicolasB said, the one outside looks to be the real deal, and that one looks good to me.
Your roads must be like pool tables, we need the high ride height for our UK sports carsOMG I will definitely be using the spring drops Tom provided the details about from the Evora. Adjusted the levels:Some serious cranking of the color saturation in that video.
For the US it's a dealer-fit item, so in states where it isn't a legal requirement you can ask the dealer to leave it off.I sure hope by the time they produce cars for the US we can convince them to leave the front plate mount off at the factory. Leave it for dealers to install, or not.
