I know this and been discussed within various wheel topic but I thought it would be better to have a dedicated thread.
I have been doing some research on tyres to see if there is a road legal semi slick that performs as good or better than the Michelin Cup 2. The only one I can find that does any sizes close to fitting is the Nakang Nr 1 which is a proven track racing tyre that is just about legal for the road.

I remember someone looking for a set up with a 19 inch front and a 20 inch rear. Due to availability of tyres this looks like the only way to go and the closet match I have found is:
Front- 245/35/19
Rear - 305/30/20

Below are the calculations from ‘Will Tgey Fit’ to have a look at and comment for good or bad. I put the offset at 50 for all combinations to start with just for a comparison on the same size and understanding this will be changed depending on the wheels chosen.

Great find Ben. I’m looking at buying some lightweight Aerie wheels for driving days and shows. These aren’t cheap at £1300 a set but look great. Bummer someone stated they only have 5mm of tread from new on one of the reviews. They did however say they were at 9k miles at the time of the review and my previous Cup 2s only lasted 6k before they needed changing.

That's cheaper than the Alpin PA4 for a set
