The Emira key

Now that the first customer deliveries have started, we have confirmed info about the keys.

The 2 keys come in a presentation box, with a planform in the colour of the car. The second key is in a CF holder which is apparently RFID shielding.

Is it just me or does the first picture of the key just make it look like a cheap plastic thing.

Does it have any weight to it? Or is it super light?

I imagine the sides are metal?
You can't have a full metal key as it interferes with the signal. Why even the most prestigious brands have slightly meh keys

A few photos of the key already posted in another thread, the scale is in centimeters... the key doesn't look cheap... but yes, it is (very) big...

No, unfortunately not... have to ask my dealer... definitely want to have it ;-)

That's a really nice presentation. Lincoln sure didn't do anything like that for me! Sadly these things are big and clunky, great for a purse but not so great in a pocket.

I'm also really liking the yellow, if that had a pearl in it like the blue I might have been tempted by that.

Called my dealer. The box with the planform can be bought (doesn't come automatically with the Emira). Any dealers may give it as a gift.

We need to know if UK customers get this automatically, as some delivery options don't involve a dealer! I don't believe it was an option you could pick during checkout.
