I ordered a set from GRP and they took about 3 months to arrive.Fitting is pretty straightforward for anyone with a little car DIY. They really do transform the driving experience, the dash display stays where it’s put !
Ouch. Bad luck. My wife’s polestar 2 had diamond cut wheels and it was about £175 to fix one with worse damage. Hers however were diamond cut and then polished which may be easier as any diamond cut marks are also polished out.
I renewed mine as part of a multi car policy a month or so ago and it was £590 down about 50 quid on last year. Indeed all three cars were a little cheaper. I’m using Ford Insure
I’m sorry some are struggling with CarPlay stability and disconnections. Mine has been really solid on an iPhone 15. What I came at is it’s massively better than my wife's BMWi4 where every week or so it refuses to connect and forgets the phone entirely.
Sorry no.
Mine had these three done recently as part of its planned service

· CPC Software Up Date (131 24026)
Mine had a full ppf’d. Uk at Topaz. I’m pleased with it as it’s super easy to clean and it has already shown it’s worth deflecting a large stone just above the headlight
My dealer did confirm it was applied:
CPC Software Up Date (131 24026) is the one that covers the Controller Central Powertrain for the 4 Cylinder Emira cars.
I did not experience any dramatic change but did not really have any issues beforehand. However I’d say it’s not a night and day...
I had three updates applied recenty. However non of these are obviously the gearbox update. Does anyone have the actual update name as my dealer seems oblivious to it.

I asked for this update to be applied a couple of months ago as part of a warranty set of fixes by Oakmere in Cheshire. I’ve not noticed any difference however since it came back so I’m wondering if they actually applied it ( they told me they had). Is there any way for me to check the software...
Used Topaz in Leeds and was pleased with the end result. The edges are all well done, nothing like your pictures I’m relieved to say! You definitely should get them to remove and refund. The only issue I have is some of the edges do collect dirt. I’ve had mine on 6 months and over yellow it...
The only option I’ve found so far is this one
https://aerieperformance.com/products/emira-i4-300cpsi-sports-catalyst-front-pipe-by-aerie-performance
I’d be interested in it but only if if I can get a decent view of how it sound first and some guarantees it does not throw any warning codes.
I’d agree with all the above comments. I’ve done 3k in my i4 now and love it. The engine is a bit of a monster on boost and when going sounds good ….just not as good as the v6. The dsg is also good but could be a bit quicker on downshifts but in reality I don’t notice a delay.
For me I like the...
Im currently struggling to get Oakmere to fix the carpet which was broken from delivery. Despite many calls I can’t get them to respond to the warranty request to fix it. I’m really disappointed with them, when I had my last Lotus they were pretty good but not now. I’ll add the above to my call...
My drivers one broke a few weeks ago. It came adrift whilst driving and the threaded section on the floor has broken. I’m waiting again (Oakmere in Cheshire) to get back to me on a date for them to fix it…..which reminds me I’ll chase them yet again
I think I’ll wait until we get some sounds. I’m all for fruity noises in sport but if there is too much when in standard that can be tiresome on long trips.
2500 miles in after 3 months with an i4 . A few 500 mile long-weekend trips in the uk, having a ball. No significant issues to date, drivers side carpet come adrift and waiting for dealer to come up with a fix….
