1 of 2 Key Fobs Not Working - Already Replaced Battery - Resync?

I just got my Emira and only one of the two key fobs works, I have already replaced the battery with no change, is their a key fob resync or reprogram procedure like older Lotus cars? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Not sure if there is a resync option. When I bought a new key, the only option to get it programmed was via the dealer, who charged a nice sum for the privilege.

I replace the battery in my fob a few months ago and there was no procedure required on completion, it just worked. Did you get the "Remote key battery low" message on the display? I did, or did it just stop working.
