I placed my deposit for an Emira last week with Shane @ Lotus Cape Fear. (I can't say enough good things about Shane and Lotus CF!!!) Meridian Blue/Tan, full black pkg with diamond cut wheels and privacy glass. ETA= late July/August
During the conversation, he asked me to remind him of any other choices that I had in a build. I told him Seneca/Tan or Nimbus/Tan would be in play or either color with black alcantara/yellow stitching would also be in play. (I really want Yellow, but I have a yellow British car that this will sit next to in the garage, so that color is out). That's when he informed me that they had an orphan in Seneca/Tan. Apparently the original order was long delayed and by the time the car showed up, he was over it. Pricing was too good to pass up, so I jumped on it! Should be taking delivery at the end of the week and will put the first 1000+ miles on it here in NC before I drive it back to Indiana in the spring after the weather up there breaks. :)

BTW, if anyone is interested in trading Diamond Cut for Black wheels, hit me up!

Jim

A buddy drove me down to Lotus Cape Fear today with his grandson. We had a nice 2hr trek down, got to meet Shane and picked up my Emira. 2hrs back in the car was REALLY HARD not to drive it hard. Keeping it under 4,000RPM was a hard thing to do!!!! :)
Here's a few pics.

I feel sad everytime someone says they need to keep the car under 4k rpm. Drive it. Enjoy!
