This might sound crazy, but does anyone know how to do measurements for the after market parts (front, side skirts, back) if one wanted to attempt using a 3D printing service to make them on your own. Might be totally nuts, but seems like could be a fun project. I have no experience, so just wondering if there is someone who is a 3D guru could opine if this is impossible or something that coudl be worked on.

Laser scanning would be your best option. I have not checked, but assume you can rent a laser scanner or find a company willing to perform the scan.

I’d say it’s technically feasible but unlikely it’s financially viable. I’m a 3D designer and mechanical engineer. I have a laser scanner and 3D printers in my mould shop. I wouldn’t recommend 3D printing for parts this size. You probably want to CNC cut a mould (wood or possibly Styrofoam) and do a hand layup in fibreglass. Expect a one off design to cost 10x what a production kit would cost.
