Are all delivered FE AMG i4 cars in the US 400hp?

Currently starting the hunt for a new or used i4 and am confused by the 360 vs 400 hp figures. I know that the Euro spec cars were 360hp and that the US cars are currently 400hp, but were any early stateside deliveries the 360hp version? If so, how can you tell? I've seen several dealer listings indicating 360hp, but I'm not sure if they are just using old, generic data or if they are indeed only 360hp.
