Barrister and Solicitor, Daniel Shensmith, also has a growing YouTube channel and has released a video highlighting his recent problem with his Land Rover.

He explains how he's challenging Land Rovers refusal to do anything to help with the fault and the process to follow to start with. He states the fault is a 'latent defect' from manufacture and the law surrounding it. No doubt he will do follow up videos on the progress.

I thought it interesting as it is a bone of contention with many Emira owners about the numerous problems many have faced, and will no doubt face after warranty expiration. Lotus already try to skirt around the paint warranty issue.

The guy is very good, seen a few of his previously released videos
What worries me is, that with his experience and knowledge, JLR are still contesting it. What hope for the rest of us

I think it would probably been the dealership that said tough.
