Buy back vehicles

Fairly sure someone said they were some of the cars that Auto100.co.uk are selling on Autotrader.
Hope not, as I have one from them
My car was allegedly a Lotus Director Car, that was then sold on. Hope thats the case, and not recall/fixer

Chance are what you were told is correct as it was only "some" of the cars.

You should be able to get a previous owners history from DVLA that will show Lotus Cars (or similar) as the previous owner.
I did this many years ago for my 1970 Europa that was owned by Lotus for 2 years.

I wonder how many have been bought back, maybe a list of number plates so new buyers can check against what the forum knows.

Mine was bought back, AP23VLC. I don’t believe it has been sold or even put on the market yet.

DVLA says road tax was due 18th October 2024.
First registered 31st July 2023 and date of last V5C logbook issued 31st July 2023. When was yours bought back?
I would have expected another change of V5C after that.

It was transferred to Lotus Technology Innovative on the 18th October
