You need to disassemble the steering column to fit the carbon fibre paddle shift and those shifter is plug and plug

There are no assembly instructions in the box, though. There doesn't seem to be anything helpful on the website either. It's pretty poor if Aerie don't provide any guidance on installation. Any help, please?

We previously had the installation instructions available on our blog, but due to our current certification process, we are unable to display the Lotus Cars logo on our website.
