the car went into protection but I didn't understand why. From that moment on, the control that controls the valve no longer worked. Had the diagnosis done but it didn't give any alarms. I decided to dismantle everything convinced that the plate was blocked, but instead I found this surprise. It had been positioned between the bumper and the anti-heat bulkhead. With the module I traveled about 13000KM without problems. I'm waiting to hear what the company tells me..

It's kind of difficult to tell where you have this installed. Do you mind a wide angle shot and a big fat arrow pointing to where it was installed. This would help others with this module to avoid a similar issue.

Edit: I think i see what you did. You tucked this above the heat shield that goes around the muffler. The issue I see with this is that the heat shield is there for reducing convection and radiation of heat from the muffler, but the heatshield itself still gets very hot - not nearly as hot as the muffler but hot enough to reach the melting temp of most plastics. So anything that touches the heat shield can be damaged by heat. It looks like in your case, not only is the module touching the heat shield but it is also pressed against something pointy and hard, so the case melted/deformed. This might have happened slowly over time, compromising the seal of the module enclosure until the PCB became damaged by exposure to moisture.

it is placed in the center of the bumper and the module is 20 centimeters from the exhaust terminal
