How strong is the magnet in the charger unit? Assuming it is able to hold the phone in place during normal city driving, would it be possible to design a tray that would universally fit Pixel (with ring'ed case) and various iPhone models?

You know, when you have your own private phone and a work phone, and wife and girlfriends all have different phones... Hypothetically speaking, of course.

Thanks, I'm in but will wait for the 25W version (need the show-off factor for the hypothetical passengers with new iPhones). I am planning to use it for Pixel 7a/8a and iPhone SE2/16pro. Should I sign up now, or wait until the 25W version is available?

Let's wait for that since there is no concrete ETA on that solution yet. I'll post here if/when there is an update.

I’m still chasing a solution for the 25W MagSafe charger. The legacy 15W pads are no longer available so they are hard to get and I don’t wanna go with cheap 3rd party options.

Because of that, it may be a bit before the next batch
