Get 2 badges made up, remember the exterior body panel definitely has a landing spot for some badge. You be you!I'm going to put in a custom "M" badge, or maybe Type R?

I do have a suggestion where Lotus can stick it …It may actually affect all buyers as it could be a placeholder for a badge of some sort if the dash is moulded to accept such badging whether you purchase a FE or base model. Maybe Lotus could just deliver the badge in a nice envelope and the purchaser could either stick it or not. Instant customization!
They still may do something like that. These are demo cars after all. Since this is the first time we've seen it, they may be trying it out to see how people react. They've already changed some things based on reaction, so maybe this is a trial balloon.Any of those would have been better. Wish they got a little more creative, but whatever. I honestly wanted a numbered plaque with builder signature. Something to make it feel limited and unique. Maybe for the final edition? We'll see.

Is the customer the dealer? Did they get 2 cars or 3 cars?Don’t think so , there’s actually a customer car in Belgium dealer

Thank you, and yeah, I expect we'll see some aftermarket badges. The side badges should be easy to replace, but the one on the dash...if they've embossed the leather to make a place for it... ugh. I don't like it there at all, much less how plain and uninspiring it looks.Doubt it at this point, but we'll see. Your exterior FE designs were loads better too, but I'm glad they classed it up a bit with some texture.
I'm sure we'll see some aftermarket badge options.

Ok, so take a deep breath and exhale. Now repeat after me “I really do love Lotus, I really do love Lotus”. Now, don’t you feel better?I do have a suggestion where Lotus can stick it …

And remember, the badge won’t even be noticed at 180 MPR.I'm getting a base, so no badge for me!
Great, you’re back in your happy place. Have a great weekend.
We’re all part of a focus group. They’ll listen. That badge placement is horrible. It looks like someone bought it on eBay and pasted it on using superglue. You can’t even read it without leaning forward and sitting up in your seat.
The front of the glove compartment or top of the lower dash would be good alternatives. We’re all part of a focus group. They’ll listen.
