So I just got back from another testdrive after my 1st testdrive two years ago. I thought I post some interesting info:
My local dealer also lowers V6 by doing the following to the stock Bilstein Dampers: Another, 4th groove, is milled in, exactly like the 3 existing original grooves, so that the spring plate comes 12mm lower (compared to the middle setting). After the milling, they reinstall the suspension and adjust/ make an alignement. Looks like it works pretty well, I was testdriving one of their cars today and it felt very good/planted.
This dealer organizes a lot of trackdays a year and races a local series with the Emira. So I consider them pretty experienced in that regard. They also have some suspension guru working from them.
