Cool... E85 would be a nice bump in power definitely take it over 500hp but will need some hardware upgrades

No, it's a piggyback with more options. I've had many jb4 units, never an issue. Terry burger responds via email quickly when you have questions.

Piggyback is a piggyback, nobody has cracked the ecu yet, despite whoever told you their products are.

Well it seemed the implication was that jp4 was different in some manner but I could see it's not

Well sure as shit after the hundred bolts to get the panels off I get stuck at loosening the AC belt. The fucking thing won't budge at all

Not trying to be clever, but you’re not trying to loosen the pully bolt are you? Looking at the instructions you posted it looks like a self tensioning pully, if you turn the pully bolt clockwise it should release the tension on the belt allowing for its removal. If this is what you’re already doing I’m sorry I can’t think of anything else.
