Lotus regains right to name in China as brand has record sales in December
Lotus has regained the use of its name in China meaning that it will no longer have to be known there at Lotus NYO.

I doubt Lotus would do that as NYO badge was registered with DMV and supposedly you cannot change it under China's law, so officially for the NYO cars their badges will stay the same.Cheers all around. These Lotus NYO cars can maybe get rebadged with just the LOTUS markings.
