Lotus UK offloading cars to this non Lotus dealership?

Totally wrong. I bought mine from Auto100 and got the 2nd key from Hendy Lotus in Eastleigh.
I would also make sure that Auto100 pay for the 2nd key. They did for mine

Auto100 knocked the price of the key off the purchase price of the car. I’ve now spoken to Lotus customer service directly and they’ve stated that Colchester should be able to supply the key and that they’re going to make contact with them. So progress of a kind!

Also been trying to contact Auto100 but they appear to be on radio silence.

I’ve bought and sold to Auto 100 both occasions completely trouble free.

I’m by no means doubting the fact I may have been lucky. But a vehicle at this price with that mileage is probably a good deal for someone.

Therein lies the issue. Their prices are great and if their service was at least reasonable I'd be happy to go back.
With the example above, I would certainly consider putting up with their cr@p, for that price. I would just be on at them constantly, making sure things happened in the timeframes they initially state
