Hethel Yellow is S2-01So I've been playing around with the video link you can get with right-clicking and copying video address and noticed the configurations are all in the URL and found that by changing them it feels a lot quicker than changing it all in the menus at the side. Every time I tried to get the direct video of my configuration it only showed the blue car so I had to try this to change all the details.
PCK-BLACK-LOWER_PNT-M5-01_WAT-FORGED-ULW-V-SPOKE-DC_CAL-SILVER is what came up for the "default" configuration, Seneca Blue, lower black pack, diamond cut wheels and silver calipers.
If you just delete the "-LOWER" then it instantly loads the full black pack, for wheels change "DC" to "SILVER" or "BLACK" and same for calipers "CAL-" then your colour.
For the paints:
M5-01 = Seneca
M5-02 = Magma
M5-03 = Shadow
M5-04 = Nimbus
M5-05 = Dark Verdant
I can't get Hethel though! Not sure where the code for that one lives. I'm sure some people better at this than me will have even more figured out!
Great, thanks!Hethel Yellow is S2-01
I'd guess because it is a different kind of paint (M for metallic, S for... um... shiny?)
Me trying the variations using the @scoates methodSo I've been playing around with the video link you can get with right-clicking and copying video address and noticed the configurations are all in the URL and found that by changing them it feels a lot quicker than changing it all in the menus at the side. the tailpipes i believe are titanium. so black fake inserts would be a sad day. sad most often in general but sadder on a sculpted exhaustAm-I the only who's anoyed the lower black pack does not include black tail pipes and rear badging?
Love the new configurator though, will surely help my decision.
The silver and black exhaust tips are false. If you look at the car, like I did from the rear end you can see the actual exhaust tips and then the fake enlargers, which were black on the Seneca car and silver without the full black pack but they are false. They look better than other manufacturers and you really have to be at high level to see the original exhaust tips.the tailpipes i believe are titanium. so black fake inserts would be a sad day. sad most often in general but sadder on a sculpted exhaust
wow. that is good to know. hm. so what about those sort of titanium looking ones with the triangles in them shown by some people? what am i seeing there? and which version has that and does not? thank youThe silver and black exhaust tips are false. It’s either silver on the base car or black on black pack. The pattern on both silver and black exhaust tips is the lotus symbol.View attachment 2641
i remember taking a photo because someone asked me to when i viewed the car. Hope this helps. The exhaust tailpipe was attached to the wire mesh on the rear bumper.
I did!Anyone add a sound track to the video yet? Asking for a friend…
It is temporary usually, then it goes to gloss black in either config. Can someone explain what’s going on with the lower plastic (side sills and rear) when you option the black pack on/off. Without the black pack it looks like it’s a gunmetal grey colour… but the spec says it should still be gloss black?
