Just got back (today) from visiting Hethel factory and was lucky enough to see a nimbus grey Emira in the main hall

Just amazing

To be honest, before the tour, I was a little worried about the "bronzy" tone of Nimbus.
With no intention of offending anyone, I don't like beige cars at all and I usually prefer dark colors (my M2 is black).
The “bronzy” tone is well there but subtle and match so well the car that in the end I really like it.
I also saw a Nimbus with Black Pack at the factory which looked stunning too !! (except for the pre-production orange wheels on it).

I’ve shared your concern, I’ve never liked red interiors and it’s the only interior I immediately wrote off… until I visited the factory. Seeing it in the flesh completely converted me, and it’s what I ended up ordering - a surprise to those who know me and to myself. It’s very good.

Me too from the configuration thought the Red might look too bright and ‘tacky’ and my original choice was tan but then having seen them both in the flesh I changed to red

Any photos of a red interior car around yet? I'm currently struggling with customer service who've sent me confirmation of my spec via a link, that's both wrong, and not editable. I've already lost my 2022 slot, so nothing to loose by changing again!

The only known photo of a red interior is this:

Perhaps because it's not inside the shaded interior of a car, but what I saw on the factory floor inside of a white prototype model did not look quite this bright.

The red interior I saw also didn't have red seats yet.

However based on this image I've created this in photoshop:

Not sure how many “I wish they just had a ‘regular’ silver” comments there were about 9-10 months ago but these pics have cemented those going away (at least from public view) and IMHO that is deserved.

Nimbus looks as incredible as I had originally hoped on my original BDV (before dark verdant) spec.

So yeah, maybe I’m a tad jealous.

Nimbus was originally on the top of my colour shortlist, and I was one of those who wanted a 'regular' silver. I do prefer a 'warm' silver rather than a 'cold' bluish silver, but one that's subtle (like Porsche GT silver). Granted, I haven't seen Nimbus in person (I have no doubt that it shows off the Emira's design brilliantly!), and when I do, potentially my perspective might change. But to me from the photos shared thus far, there's too much bronze/gold/brown in it for my own personal liking to make it my #1 choice.

Isn't it great we all like different things? The world would be a boring place if we all made the same decisions!
