Wow, they’re still playing with the seat bolstering everywhere. This is a great photo that shows even the back seat bolsters being worked on and malfitting leather seat covers being used.

Lotus know this is all test stuff so don’t even bother with the headrest stripes either.

Interesting that the door cards are slightly different to the configurator too. The smaller panel should also be tan leather.

However, if there was a way to get them out and stick in a pair of Ferrari Carbon backed sports seats then I am in. I'd spend 4k on that. The weight saving alone would be amazing.

It's frustrating that Lotus have clearly focused on comfort.
Even on your 'base' Cayman you get carbon seat options.
Cant help but feel they would transform the Emira and as you say easily strip out anther 20 kilos

Why on earth anyone would want a boring straight silver when Nimbus is available is beyond me ??

I wonder how many FE Deposit Holders are going to ask to delay for Base Models when the configurator comes out just based on more colors opening up… Like a “silver” we’ve been hearing about for a bit for example…

Yes defo this. The body shapes in that area are so pronounced it will always look different on camera
