I had looked at the car at the Autoshow in 2024. But already had a slot with a deposit well before that. Finally locked in the build yesterday as my number finally came up. I just wanted to say I had a great experience as I was back and forth on colour and options and had good honest conversations with Piero and Paul at Gentry. I quickly realized they were listening and not simply trying to up sell me. We had a good conversation about pros and cons of options and in the end I know I ordered a car that is right for me without feeling pressured. We all seem to post negative interactions when they happen, but I wanted to post the 30+ emails asking them questions, the calls, these guys were a patient and well informed bunch. Can't wait for the car to arrive as I know I am in good hands with them. Rorie.

I'm happy for you.
When is the estimated arrival of your car?

They said June. We will see. It is supposed to be made around April. Happy I finally got my allotment. Been a long wait.

Nice. Is it a V6? I’ve also had positive experiences with them since placing my deposit at the 2024 auto show, including going to the showroom when they first got their first truckload of Emiras.

I bought from Lotus of Oakville. It was positive as well although I didn’t have a lot of interaction. I walked in knowing what I wanted and they took the order. When the car showed up it was in the timeline they claimed for the price they claimed. No funny business.

Yes, a V6 as I wanted a manual transmission. I probably went to see the first batch a week after you just to see colour combinations in the flesh.

The nice thing with Gentry Lane was they had a few in so I was able to see colours in person, especially Dark Verdant with Red interior. And when it came time to getting updates and info Piero and Paul were great. I also got to test drive the first Emira demo they got in about a month or two after the 2024 Autoshow. The car had literally zero mileage on it, so the only thing they said was to not rev it too much on the drive. Overall they have been great to deal with. Very communicative.
