Hey all - does anyone know if its possible to remove the lower portion of the bumper *without* taking the full bumper off (and wheels, etc)? Any videos I see swapping exhaust tips have them taking the whole thing off, which i'm trying to avoid if I can.

In the second pic, a screengrab from Forum Foundry's exhaust DIY video you can see what (look like) a bunch of clips for the lower, so it should be possible, but maybe there's just not enough access without removing the whole thing?

I don't believe this is possible. It looks like the lower bumper is attached to the bumper from behind. And there's a harness attached between the two pieces.

It is not possible to swap the exhaust tips ( i did it and looked for a work around) without full bumper removal. The problem is the crash pad foam under the bumper which covers several items for the tips. Its really not a bad job to do just idiotic Lotus designed the tips that way.
See Dragoons video on tip/exhaust removal. You dont have remove the wheels or entire wheel liners if its on a lift/or up with the wheels down. Just a few aft screw rivets to access the elec plugs etc.

perfect, thanks for the detailed answer folks!
