Sat nav sound has disappeared

Hi, used the Lotus sat nav for the first time last week and all was great, until suddenly the sound cut out and I can't get it back. The navigation works fine otherwise, as does the sound on everything else. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks kindly.

In the Centre Display Settings in the Audio section there is a separate volume control for Navigation.
It would be worth checking that first.
