Correct. You’ll have to pick it up through your phone and CarPlay it.

Which defeats the purpose of Sat Radio because it now becomes Cellular radio and dependent on cell signal.

Yup. Luckily cell reception in my area is very good so I don't have dropouts. However, if I get too far out from the metro area, it drops and I have to resort to my music library. Annoying, but not a killer.
