Without doing a manual count, I would say most people who are using spacers are going with 12 mm, often from GRP. Sounds like spacers are a must if lowering the Emira.

I'm planning on having my dealer lower the Emira 15 mm (using GRP's lowering kit) and put on the 12 mm spacers. There are some pics of Emiras lowered with spacers here: https://www.emiraforum.com/threads/lowering-question-for-grp-and-any-others.5502/
