When you're next at that Lotus dealer I reccomend you pop around the corner to the bakery, Marsin. They have lovely coffee and incredible French pastries.

Congrats!! I spec'd mine in the same color but still haven't seen that color in person. How is it? Are you happy with the color? For some reason, every time I see it on my computer screen, it looks like it has a pinkish hew. I'm sure that is not the case irl.

It's not pinkish IRL. It's more like a true red. Frankly similar to a Ferrari red which was probably the target. It's also non-metallic.

Magma red is more a cherry or burgundy, but has LOTS of color variation depending on lighting conditions and can look like a Vivid Red under artificial light.

Vivid Red is a far more consistent color. Looks deep in full sun and bright in the shadows.

Welcome aboard and of course congrats on picking, in my opinion at least, the best color combo possible for the Emira

I took a leap of faith ordering my Vivid Red from the computer renderings alone, which in certain views didn't look that great. Well happy to report that user @seriously has it absolutely correct, it's a straight up Ferrari red and looks amazing under any conditions!

Absolutely over the moon with the colour. It is a very bright red. Slightly lighter than the red used by Ferrari.

The car has such beautiful lines and deserves to be shown. Good work Lotus.
