Just having my car back in my possession, running.

I had a massive electrical failure in September that required a 200+ mile round trip flatbed tow to the dealer and back. The car was gone for about a month. I missed it.

Very inconvenient, but Lotus USA customer service and the Earth Motorcars/ Lotus of Dallas went out of their way to take care of it. I am happy to have it back home!

Mine is getting the latest i4 software updates and being able to maneuver the car for parking without looking like I just passed my test.

I got it sideways. :D

Last Monday I went for probably the last short drive this year before hybernation and it was such a joy to use it simply makes you smile. :)
Goodyear or Cup 2's?

Looked pretty well controlled on the exit!
Thank you, you really have to be gentle with the gas. And you can also hear in that video that I‘m playing with the gas as the Torsen lsd always distributes the torque at the wheels differently.

Cant wait to learn how to do this!
It‘s not as easy as it looks. 😌

I had a whole day and a lot of try and miss. In the end it was fun, but also exhausting. It‘s not a BMW M… 🤪

295 are probably hard to break loose

Got the exhaust valve calibrated (wasn’t so easy to get the dealer to do it) after upgrading to an Aerie Ti Exhaust and sports cat on my I4. No more ECL, it sounds much better and feels quicker too. My OCD doesn’t like lights on the dash, so good to get that sorted

Off topic, but I’ve ordered the Aerie sports cat, was thinking of getting the Ti Exhaust. Aerie said there wouldn’t be any cel, clearly that isn’t the case. Don’t want issues that dealers are reluctant to get involved with. Was the dealer worried it may invalidate warranty or an emissions thing?

@Bellsemple I've got the exhaust and the only CEL was from me improperly installing it and having a gasket slip.

I've not had it done - and now I'm worried. Having said that I've had it only 4 weeks, and it's rained every weekend since so it's not moved out of the garage apart from the 1st day, so it's quite safe at the moment!

@Bellsemple I don't know. I can't see how the valve would have been off 45 degrees. The Aerie spring is different than the stock interface with the valve, but once it was explained it was simple. Just don't turn the valve when you remove the old controller.

What have you not had done that you’re concerned about?

Thanks for the info, will probably get the dealer or a local shop to install, as they’ll be better at it than me.
