After playing on my M2 decided to try it on the Emira.

I did the sound deadener/insulation in the doors. I applied Second Skin Damplifier to the inner section of the exterior of the door and to the exterior of the plastic door panel. The door panel job was tedious. I followed the instructions provided on the Tweeter Upgrade thread. I’d like to thank @crestima for his detailed answers to all my inquiries. @KJWEmira also provided a great deal of information on his audio upgrade thread. The doors close now with a much better “Thud” than before. I’ve not driven it yet but believe it will be a much quieter interior space. Next up is to put some sound deadener behind the seats and around the subwoofer.

Went for a morning drive to Santa Cruz. Traffic was still heavier than I expected on south bound Hwy 17 at 7:30. Went to the wharf, said hi to the sea lions and just got back to the office. Still a pretty enjoyable drive, just shorter than I wanted.

Decided to wrap my shifter shroud with black alcantara to match the rest of the car. Hard to tell from the pics but it’s a nice little difference
