What did you do to your Emira today?

Honestly I think its just her being like "yep.. screw this guy, I don't care I'll put my shoe on his car. You think I care?"

Picked it up from the dealer in Houston. I’m sorry for all of this tariff talk and the pain it is causing folks waiting on their cars. The owner here seems to think low volume sports cars will get exempted. Today is a selfishly great day. Can’t believe how amazing this thing looks in real life. Exceeding every expectation.

Coloured in the shift pattern on my gear stick as several others have done here.

I "watered" down the nail varnish a bit to make it like a "wash" to allow the aluminium to show through the colour a bit.

I now have black, red, yellow nail polish along with some (non-acetone) polish remover if anyone else wants to do the same - drop me a line and I can post them to you.

Did you complete this with the knob in place or remove it for painting?
Wondering about best approach for best results. Thanks.

So today I finally got the headliner to stop making noise after 400 miles and I noticed the access cover had good
amount of movement ..Removed 3 screws and found all brackets to access cover were all loose by 4 threads on all of them..
So another 600 miles and oil change and put into sport/Track Mode... Can Not Wait..

The knob was left in in place. It only took 5 minutes. I used a thin brush to paint in the indented decals, the nail varnish flows in well by capillary action it almost paints itself. Then with a bit of kitchen roll and nail polish remover removed any excess nail polish from outside the indented decals. There's other posts on here detailing how others have done it. I took an extra step of thinning down the nail polish a bit to allow the metal to show through slightly, basically using the nail varnish as a wash.

That steering wheel would drive me nuts, especially with it not being round. Id have been at the dealers the day after it started/happened
How did this manifest itself? Gradually got worse over time, or all at once?
