What is this leak? Just fuel overspill or something else?

As this is potentially a safety related issue and you have roadside assistance with your Manufacturer warranty, I would give them a call and say that you are concerned about driving the car due to safety. Roadside assist should send someone out to check it and if they deem it 'not safe' to drive they should recover the vehicle to the dealer for you and you can then request a replacement loan vehicle. With most main dealers, when a car is recovered in under Manufacturer warranty, they are obliged to look at the car in a relatively short space of time (Usually a few days). Dunno if this is the case with Lotus or not, but not many people are aware of this!
This is a quicker way of getting it looked at rather than waiting for the next appointment in their diary! It would also not surprise me if parts are on back order, or will incur some sort of delay, so the quicker it's diagnosed and parts ordered by Lotus, the better!

For those who watched the "Moment of Truth" video posted above, has anyone gotten the OEM fix membrane to prevent water intrusion into the resistor pack? This seems like an issue every Emira owner is going to have to deal with eventually. Should this be a factory recall issue?

It has been a recall for a while for earlier cars and my dealer installed mine under recall. Cars since a certain VIN have had it installed at the factory. Its a bridge type thing until they design a housing that is 'waterproof'.
