What's the deal with this sticker?

So this sticker was on my window when I got the car. I assume this is some sort of procedure if the window fails but it says to always double press the hazards when you close the door. Now I did try to see what happens but it doesn't do anything because the window is already down when the door is open. I'm not planning on pressing the hazard twice before I leave the car or before I close it every time. It seems like a sticker just to give you something to worry about. Is this a real scenario I should worry about. Is everyone following what this sticker says? Why would they put this on?

My guess was that it was for while the vehicle was in transit, that it's in a special mode to conserve battery power or whatever, and that the dealer should have removed it? The drop glass function was working fine on my car so I removed that sticker.

^^ This, it should have been removed by the dealer during the PDI process..
